Pharmaceutical Alliance

Welcome

The Alliance is delighted to announce that sanofi-aventis has joined The Pharmaceutical Alliance and we are very excited to have them as part of the collaboration.  We are looking forward to a long and fruitful partnership and their active involvement with our work; in particular the expertise and ideas they will bring to our current project around helping primary care in their work to prevent the progression of diabetes.

GlaxoSmithKline has decided to leave the Alliance and continue their work in Quality Use of Medicines from a company perspective reflecting their product portfolio.  The Alliance would like to extend our appreciation of GSK's valued contribution over the last 12 years and wish them all the best with their future work in QUM.

The Pharmaceutical Alliance remains committed to being an active contributor to the delivery of better health outcomes through evidence based practice and the quality use of medicines.  The Alliance's latest work around helping prevent the progression of diabetes is a clear example of this commitment and demonstrates our ability to contribute to delivering real, tangible and relevant solutions and ideas.
